Very nice label! Lot of foam at the opening. New world and american hops nose. Seeing the label we are waiting for a typical regional beer with local hops, the reality is a APA. The medium body is appreciable. Good beer

33cl bottle bb30/09/2015, trade@Journée des portes ouvertes, Colmar.
Pleasant aroma of banana and apricot, some US hops and Weisse yeast at work...Pleasant thin and lively mf given a crisp edge on the palate by US hop bitterness. Taste is nicely balanced between apricot, light clove, hints of pine and lychee. Pours and smells like a US-hopped Weisse, mf is of a thinner and more drinkable Schneider Weisse TAP4 (with the same soapy edges), puzzling that this smooth and drinkable beer should be categorised as a APA - especially given the cute Alsatian Mädel on the label, hinting outre-Rhin...Easy-drinking, successful D/F/US crossover!

Bottle 33cl, a cloudy copper beer with huge head and some lacing. Nose is on apricot and exotic fruits. Aroma is malty and quite sweet, again lot of us hops, apricot, mangoo, relative bitterness, light yeast notes. Light dusty touch at the finish.
