(Bottle at One Pint on 2008-02-21) Dark brown and hazy. Fruity nose. Fruitiness and caramell in taste. Even too much caramell. Balanced.

Bottle @ Kerstbierfestival 2007 in Essen, BE. Unclear medium amber brown color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, gum, red wine, brown sugar, craneberry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (151207)

75 cL bottle, Kerstbierfestival 2007 in Essen/Belgium. Pours hazy brown to reddish with a lacing light orange head. Slight yeasty and spiced aroma. Flavour is herbally spiced with a mild malt note which is outconqoured by the spice notes. Finish is malty with a bit of the same notes as before.

Bottled. Brownish amber colour with small off-white head. Lacing. Aroma is caramel, spices some roasted malts and dry dark fruits. Flavour is dry fruits, mildly roasted malts and also quite spicy. Some yeastyness in it also.
