Really exciting, fruity, yeasty and spicy aroma. A bit of the same elements in the aroma too, but less. Refreshing and alcohol-heavy.

Bottle (33cl) from Vinmonopolet (Storo), Oslo. Slightly hazy rusty amber colour. Half-inch soft offwhite head that settles as a stable film and a bubbly ring. Sediments in final pouring. Aroma of fruity yeast (strawberry, cherry, banana), butterscotch, almonds, dust. Medium body, soft carbonation. Semi-sweet, fruity taste with a mild bitterness/tartness - excellent balance.

Bottle 0,75ltr: Hazy orange colour with an decent sweetbitter taste and fine hints of spices.

Bottle 33cl, an amber beer with huge head, nose is very yeast like with orange peel, spices and honey notes. Aroma is on caramel malt, blackcurrant, yeast, light bubblegum, a peach like body that remains on aftertaste, medium sweet to high, quite alcoholic, tannic, grape, candy sugar. Good caramel and bitterness on aftertaste, orange and marmelade touch, light touch of diacetyl, very pleasant beer.

Bottle 33cl. Large white head. Dark hazy orange color. Many small bubbles, but still not fizzy. Aroma has yeast, sour mix and rottening apples. Flavour is apple and earth with an autumnly twist.

330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet. Small off-white head. Hazy amber body with lots of sediments. Floral aroma of yeast, caramel and soap. Taste is full and strong at once, but fades quickly and leaves an aftertaste of alcohol.

Flaske hjemme: en underlig aroma av bringebær som er gått ut på dato blandet med litt zalo. Navnet Gypsy Rose er noe misvisende ettersom sigøynere er vanligvis mørkhårede, og denne har helt hvit topplokk. Rose som i rosévin beskriver smak og aroma. En veldig annerledes tripel. Jeg blir ikke noe bedre menneske av å drikke denne, men det er gøy å være på utkikk etter nye opplevelser.

Gjennomsiktig møkkete kobberfarge, hvit skumtopp, medium karbonert.Smaker malt, gjær, eik, nøtter, appelsinskall, plomme,rosevann, parfyme.Mye bitterhet og lite smak til å være en triple. Hvete ikke helt om jeg liker den eller ikke . Ikke vond men kanskje litt annerledes

Ambrée trouble, dépôt en suspension, mousse peu tenace. Légèrement amère, bien maltée, un peu de caramel, légèrement sucrée, petite astringence sur le retour.

Lett fruktig rar lukt med preg av lys malt, humle, vått korn, tørka frukt, sukker, blomster, gjær, nøtter, grønsaker, parfyme. Fruktig lett beisk smak med preg av lys malt, humle, tørka frukt, sukker, korn, beiskt gras, karamell, våt papp, høy, parfyme. Middels bitterhet som set godt. Dårlig.
