COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bière de dégustation, son apparence nous égare. Ses houblons alsaciens très fins lui confèrent un bouquet délicat, fruité et floral. La rondeur que lui confère le malt la rend très douce et masque son fort taux d’alcool qui réchauffe la gorge sans perturber les sens. Elle est noble, subtile et enivrante, à déguster donc avec prudence.

Bottle, june 1st 2013. Orange body, thick white head. Yeasty orange aroma, hoppy and quite peppery. Sweet caramel taste with fruit and spices, lightly sour. Sugary and sticky body. nice fruity yeast finish.

Bottle from Vinmonopolet, Kvadrat. Pours hazy dark golden with a big creamy white head. Aroma of citrus fruits, spices and yeast. Taste is light sweet, almonds,some alcohol heat, and a minty nice finish. Good one.

On bottle from Vinmonopolet Storo.golden color, ok foam. Aromas of honey, good fruitiness, some malt and Nice yeast influence: very good aroma intensity. Medium/ full body & high complexity. Immediate sweetness, some bitterness- well balanced. Very enjoyable

God søtlig lukt med innslag av honning. grumset gulbrun farge. Smaken svarte ikke opp til forventningene etter lukt da det var kaldt. Da temperaturen på ølet sted ble de mye bedre på smak. Dette er et øl som ikke skal servers kaldt.

Bottle (33cl) from Vinmonopolet (Storo), Oslo. Slightly hazy rusty amber colour. Half-inch soft offwhite head that settles as a stable film and a bubbly ring. Sediments in final pouring. Aroma of fruity yeast (strawberry, cherry, banana), butterscotch, almonds, dust. Medium body, soft carbonation. Semi-sweet, fruity taste with a mild bitterness/tartness - excellent balance.

Bottle 33cl, an amber beer with huge head, nose is very yeast like with orange peel, spices and honey notes. Aroma is on caramel malt, blackcurrant, yeast, light bubblegum, a peach like body that remains on aftertaste, medium sweet to high, quite alcoholic, tannic, grape, candy sugar. Good caramel and bitterness on aftertaste, orange and marmelade touch, light touch of diacetyl, very pleasant beer.

330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet. Small off-white head. Hazy amber body with lots of sediments. Floral aroma of yeast, caramel and soap. Taste is full and strong at once, but fades quickly and leaves an aftertaste of alcohol.
