COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

75 cl. bottle sampled @ ZBF 2012 // pale golden with a white head // smell is lightly herbal & hoppy, lightly fruity // light citrus hops, light grains, yeast (lager-like), touch fruity (mainly citrus), hint of cellar & farm // light & grainy // ok but expected too much from this hence a letdown

UPDATED: APR 30, 2012 28/IV/2012 - 75cl @ ZBF 2012 (Leuven) - BB: n/a (2012-422)

Clear light orange beer, big creamy white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: cheesy, dairy, bit sweet, sugared yogurt, bit woody, dusty. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: typical yeast character, some ripe apricots and peaches, bit sugary, slightly saline. Weird but original!

Fra fat på Delirium Café i Brussel 6 Mai 11. Mørk appelsinfarget. Litt skum. Uklar. Fruktig aroma. Godt balansert fruktig smak. Pærer. Litt syrlig ettersmak.

Orange amber coloured beer. Head should hold a bit longer. Smell is fruity, a bit malts and hops. Slightly sweet, caramel, fruits, a bit bitter aftertaste. Alcohol kicks in a bit hard at both taste as smell. Smell even harder.

Bottle that I picked up at Dranken Geers, Oostakker, Nr Gent, Belgie, December 2010 consumed at home 16.01.11 Pours hazy amber with a white head. There is a little funkiness on the nose along with yeast and fruity and a dab of alcohol. Soft in the mouth, touch of spice and yeast and fruity, finish is dry. It’s a nice beer. Bottle 75cl. The aroma has cheese, yeast, citrus. Hazy, orange coloured beer with an off-white head. The taste is a bit sweet, malty, yeasty, citric/grapefruit. Good body and a bit thick. Nice one.
