Hazy almost amber color, with creamy head.
Aroma malts, hops, fruit.
Medium body.
Taste spice, malts, good bitterness.
Bitter aftertaste.

Huge dense cream-coloured head over hazy amber beer with a faint mossy shine. Bananaester & caramelmalt, fruity & leafy, and finishing on fine noble hops. Good! Bitterish, hoppy, on an underbuild of caramel that is just not sweet. Dry, leafy even earthy flavours, undergrowth, moss and oak. Excellent balance in addition. Medium bodied, titillating, slightly burning MF. Excellent, another brewery that is bettering its act, instead of lapsing into slumber. This is a beer that could be drunk anytime, on any occasion.

Bottle @ Vilvordia Bierproef Festival, Jette, Brussels. Pours a hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy aroma with some hints of caramel. Fruity malty spicy flavor with some hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty spicy bitter finish.

Ambrée trouble, col blanc cassé.
Arôme malté grillé avec un bouquet rappelant plus les fruits rouges/noirs. Pointe de caramel et léger bouquet noisette.
Palais présente une rondeur de bouche en comparaison à la blonde, le tout est fruité avec ce profilé de fruits rouges. Garde en retrait une douceur fleurie. Ici aussi, la levure ajoute une épaisseur de bouche allant presque vers le terreux. Petit pointe sucrée et malt cara, le tout relevé par une brève amertume citronnée.

75cl bottle @ home shared with Thompson. Hazy red color, average sized, quickly diminishing off-white head that leaves a fair lacing. Smell malts, a bit winey, overripe fruits. Taste almost the same: malts, overripe fruits, a bit winey, lightly sweet-bitter. Pretty nice. Medium body, medium carbo.

Cloudy orange coloured with a small white head.
Sweet aroma of caramel, dried fruits and marzipan.
Sweet flavour of dried fruits, berries and marzipan with notes of alcohol.
Warming alcoholic finish.

Bottled@The Chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011 "Donkey Dork Lord Edition". Hazy golden/amber colour with a small head. Aroma is fruity, spicy, mildly yeasty along with some slight alcohol and mild sappy notes. Flavour is quite much the same in a quite sweet way.

[ Trade by SHIG ]. Clear medium to dark amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity - berry, moderate yeasty, soap, leather - woody. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average duration, and a peppery finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20090512]

(Bottled, 0.75l, BBE 11/2010) Clear, darkish amber with a medium, lasting and tanned head. Aroma of fruity-caramely malt, some ashiness and peppery spices. Flavor is caramely-malty, lightly yeasty and dried-fruity, grainy, moderately herby-aromatic-hoppy. Medium to full body, quite soft and low CO2. A somewhat dull, but easily drinkable brew, that should probably have been drank fresher than this. 5336
