3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
75 cl bottle. Hazy blond beer. Clean nose with mainly floral hops coming through (not too much fruitiness). Hops take the foreground on the taste as well. Bitter, but not over-the-top.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
750ml bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with a large, white head. Aroma is Belgian hops: Peach and flowers, mostly the latter. Some general fruitiness. Taste is dry, definitely hop forward as the bottle promises. Flowery hops, some yeast, little dry peach and maybe citrus. Light pale malts in the finish. Fairly medium in the mouth with decent carbonation. Straightforward sure, but it doesn’t advertise itself as anything else. Good with food - of any kind really, I would imagine, except the fullest and richest of (red meat-based) stews. Or well, not with red meat at all, but anything else really. Definitely not a bitter. A Belgian ale if something.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Light golden body, stable pillowy head. Yeasty, Belgian style, grassy classic hops but only very mild so. Taste, however, is stringly bitter, especially for the light body. Bit unbalanced this one, but I do like the strong bitterness on itself. (33cl bottle from Dranken Geers)
