COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Couleur : Blond or
Houblons : Brewers Gold, Pioneer
Température de service : 6-8°C
Verre : verre tulipe de la brasserie

WCCII: Light blond beer with a yeasty rubber wheel aroma. The taste is slightly flat with hints of yeast. Nothing special.

l’intensità olfattiva molto tenue rende difficile la descrizione degli aromi, al palato è piuttosto sbilanciata verso l’amaro.

Hazy golden colour with a white head. Fresh citric aroma. Good round texture. Citric, light grassy and a bit sour flvour.

(bottle) pours a murky golden colour with lots of tiny floaties and a frothy white head. aroma of cactus juice and apricots, slightly yeasty, with a hint of powdered sugar and barnyard. flavour is quite mellow, with notes of green tea and lemons, some light alcohol and a slightly bitter finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle, 6.5%. OK bready aroma. Hazy golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is fruity with a good shot of paper. A bit of vegetable in the finish. Sound unpleasant, but is actually just a bit boring.

As ’Blonde’. Cloudy gold beer. Little white head. Rustic orangey nose. Soft but very dry palate. Sourish beer. Bretty malt with a little tangy orange. Nice flavour but the palate is ridiculously dry. Not a scrap of moisture left in me gob. Hate it when brewers do this!

Blonde légèrement trouble, forte pétillance, mousse crémeuse. Forte amertume (pamplemousse, zeste de citron), légèrement maltée
