Posmak jablkowo cytrusowy. Limonkowy, troche moreli i wytrawna goryczka. Podobne do APA

Geschmack leicht hefig, fruchtig malzig, Gewürze, blumig.

4/III/14 - 33cl bottle @ home - n/a (no marking to indicate a date on the side of the label) (2014-242) Thanks to Dominique for the bottle!

Clear blond beer, big foamy irregular white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, citrus, hay, some saison notes, peaches, some pineapple. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter start, some citrus, hay, dry, bit yeasty, fruity. Aftertaste: pineapple and citrus, lots of grapefruit, bit of medicinal bitter ending. Very good beer!

Bottle from mi-orge mi-houblon. Slightly hazy blonde, small white head. Nose is yeasty, slightly sour maltiness, bread. Mouth is initially grassy hop, hay, bitter, then a dry bitter finish that mellows out into roasted maltiness, which amplifies as the beer warms. Pretty good.

Taste comprises earthy hops, bitter fruits, orange pith. Medium bodied, fine carbonation. Came over as a Belgian stylee APA.

Tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Golden, clear, with a tall pillowy head. Malty aroma with lots of noble hops, bready. Very pilsner-like. Crisp and light flavor, very bitter. Quite nice, light and drinkable, much like a pils.

Sampled draft @ Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas during Zwanze day 2013. Hazy golden with a fading white head. Nose is big barnyard, hay, peppery, quite rustic & Wallonian with some nice hops. Tastes rustic with some barnyard, hay, white pepper, touch hops, lemon combined with some malt & touch candy sugar sweetness which lessens it a bit. Hazy & bit oily body. (Thx! for sharing people!)

Draft @ ML Fontainas.
