Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading ot a dry and bitter finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.

Papsoe (25088) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 16, 2012
Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a hazy yellow with a frothy white head leaving quite some lacework. Fresh, perfumy hop aroma. Medium body, a sweet maltiness and then again these lovely aromatic and perfumy Simcoe hops. Not really bitter though. Appears stronger than 3.5%. Very quaffable. 160912

Bottle from Malting Pot, Brussels
Hazy blond color, small head. Light aroma of malts and hops, but somehow anonymous. Light body strength, some malt flavor and some aromatic hop. Correct bitterness. It maybe has just a bit too much yeast, otherwise it could be a good idea, a clean and light Simcoe Lager.

Bottle 330ml (Saveur)
Yellow color, small white head, some lace. Cat piss, sewer in the nose - where is Simcoe aroma? Light-bodied. Light citrus and papery grainyness in the flavor. Doesn’t feel fresh. As it is lager, lacks also fruityness.

Bottle, bought @ Brygshoppen.
Light hazy pale yellow with a small, frothy white head. Aroma has lemon peel, peach, fresh. Crisp. Medium carbonation, fairly light mouthfeel. Flavour is elegant, dry, hoppy, citrus, fresh. Good, lingering fresh bitter finish. Very lovely summer beer.
