15cl sample. Blond liquid with big white head. Nose : soap, lemon zest, grains. Sip : low density with water like texture. Dry lemon zest feeling , bitter, really drinkable. The aftertaste is bitter zest. Overall this is one of the most lightest alcohol lagers but one of the best there is. Full of taste and refreshing.

Draft @ 9th Rencontre des Brasseries du Luxembourg Belge. Very limited release. About 200 bottles made according to Raphael (brewer) and a few kegs. Sainte-Helene experimental brews as was their ltd barleywine release.

@ 2nd RBBSG, thx to Sebletitje 75cl bottle
Head: medium, white, bubbly/foamy
Colour: pale yellow
Smell: hops, bitters, bit of irony, fresh
Taste: proves again that Belgium can make good lagers if they offcourse spend the time to brew it and think about the recipe. very refreshing, lots of bitter notes blended perfeclty with some yeasty and irony notes and a bit of hops and citric, nice and if every bar would serve this as their standard lager i’d be very happy, lovely beer !
3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Cunningham (2972) - Halden, NORWAY - JUL 8, 2012
Golden and light hazy colour with a thick nice foam. Mild fine hoppy and spice aroma. Lovely texture. Together with a well blended hoppy and mild fruity flavour. Refreshing mild biterness. Toghether with Nøgne Ø Pils. This must be the best premium lager/pilsner I have ever had! Outstanding. [On tap at brewery together with Grima]
