This is a refreshing beer with a delicate balance a light vanilla flavor on the tongue.

A very citrusy aroma. The taste is thinner. Some citrus with some earthy hops. Dry finish. Balanced finish. Decent but not more.

Bue en bouteille de 33cl. Grosse attaque sur le houblon. Beaucoup de CO2. Très agréable et rafraîchissante.

Hazy golden color, big white head. Sour aroma, no finish, high carbonation. Too ordinary. Not bad, but expected more.

Clear light amber coloured body with a nice, one centimetre tall just off-white head. Aroma of light malt, alcohol, vinegar, yeast and apples - no grassy, herbal or funky notes at all. Medium-bodied; Minor yeast and unfinished maltiness with a little sweetness of apples and pears and some noticeable bitterness. Aftertaste shows some minor malty flavours, a little alcohol and not much else - nothing saisony about this at all. Overall, a decent beer, but not much of a saison and not really worth trying, considering the options available. I would not have packed this and brought it home, had a second chance be available. I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased from Beer Mania in Bruxelles, Belgium on 19-August-2013 for €2,25 sampled at home on this side of the pond in Washington on 26-January-2014.

This pours a hazy orange with a big fluffy white head which sticks around for ages. The smell is yeast, hay, slight citrus fruit. The taste is mild and not much in the way of complexity but very tasty all the same. Yeast, mild pepper, mild spice and coriander and mildly citrussy in taste with noticable hop bitterness. Rather fizzy but overall a pleasant beer, especially for the price! Recommended!

330ml bottle from Beermerchants. Clear golden pour, nice white head, high carbonation keeps it there. Classic yeast and white pepper aromas. Light bitter on the taste and finish. Very nice saison.

Bottle at home, from Beermerchants.com, 12/01/14. Lightly hazed golden with a good sized white head formed of bubbles. Nose is orchard fruit, straw, earthy, light citric fruit, caramel notes. Taste comprises yeast esters, hay, farmyard, citric tang, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, grassy closure with light bitterings. Ok saison, not too much depth or flavour to it, not one to revisit.

750 ml bottle. Hazy golden color, large fluffy white head with good retention. Aroma has peppery, dusty rising farmhouse bread dough. Taste is barnyard hay, very subtle lemon, light white pepper. A nice example of the style.

Dull orange colour, plenty of floaty bits, large frothy head; nice aroma of earth, apples, pepper; taste is subdued citrus, herbs; dry with a little peppery spice; initial impressions were that it was rather dull and characterless, but it developed into a pleasant, unassuming little number.

Dorée trouble, pas mal de dépôt en suspension, effervescence forte de visu, légère au palais, col blanc abondant et persistant. Malts caramel, touches de miel (surtout au nez) et d’épices, toute petite amertume. On a vu mieux comme Saison...
