Bottle 750ml. @ Petalax Beer Festival 2010 - the 4th. edition.

Unclear medium grey orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, vintage malt, moderate yeasty, leather, vitamin, light pepper. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long to average duration, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100703]

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of spices combined with notes of vinegar. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, dusty hops, and fruits with an acidic edge. Thanks yespr for sharing.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head, slow gusher. Mild citric to orange fruity aroma with a light yeasty note. Sweet malt, yeasty and distinct fruity flavoured. Light phenolic and dry yeasty note. Fruity and slight citric flavoured finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy and opaque golden with a white head. Fresh and fruity nose with touches of vitamin C. Medium-bodied, sweetish malt and fruit with a very smooth mouthfeel. Has a yeasty whiff. Dry and somewhat astringent finish with a subdued bitterness. 200409

Bottled@PBF2010. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some herbs and mild notes of yeast. Flavour is quite much the same, but overall rather sugary sweet.

Bottle at yespr. Hazy golden coloured with a huge but fast disappearing white head. Fruity aroma of spices with notes of sulphur and wallonian barn yard. Fruity flavour of spices, yeast, wallonian barnyard and hops with notes of citrus. Spicy and hoppy finish.

Bottle. Rating #4900. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a samll white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma with some grassy hoppy hints. Sweetish malty spicy yeasty frsh hoppy flavor. Has a sweetish malty spicy yeasty finish with some hoppy hints in the aftertaste.

(750ml bottle) Cork leaked and bottle was a gusher. Pours a cloudy golden body with a tall white head. Aroma of grass, mustiness, citrus, herbs, and and florals; very outdoorsy. Flavor of yeast, grass, herbs, citrus, florals, and earthiness with a highly carbonated mouthfeel.

Hazy light amber with a tiny off white head. Sweet aroma with yeasty and spicy notes. Flavour was sweet yeasty with fruity, spicy and malty notes. Finished sweet. Quite full bodied for a saison.
