Cuivrée, col beige disparaissant très rapidement.
Arôme d"épices, sucre brun avec une belle profondeur citronnée et ce côté fruité rouge.
Palais malté, épices rappelant le girofle, malt grillé/caramel, grains sucre candi presque pain d’épices. Le tout est épais avec ce profile végétale/herbacé, cabosse et cet aspect fermenté pâtissier. Complexe avec un palais qui se développe au gré de la dégustation pour laisse un fruité rouge agréable; cerise, prune. Le tout se mélange bien aux notes maltées.
Une belle bière qui m’a bien surpris. Facile à boire et se distance un peu d’une saison typique de base.

(bottle) pours a very murky ruby-brown colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of caramel and raisins, slightly oxidized, with notes of milk chocolate, orange peel and grain. flavour is mostly the same, roasted malts, milk chocolate, raisins and vanilla, with a hint of acetone and a light-bitter finish. medium to heavy-bodied with soft carbonation.

Clear amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of candy and malts, some yeast. Quite sweet flavour, butter, bubblegum and caramel. Some chalk. Quite bitter finish, asperin-like.

Smaller sized creamy off white head which changes into some bubbles on the ring on top of a hazy brown colored beer with a hazy ruby shine coming through.
Aromas of autumnal herbs, butter, caramel, leaves and some yeast.
Flavours of chalk, autumnal herbs, caramel, yeast and light bitter.
Aftertaste of light bitterness, malts and nasty malt bitters.
Low carbo, soft light creamy mouthfeel, medium to fuller body and a light creamy texture. Strange saison...

Zzt bottle. Medium brown body. Aroma is unbalanced, seems artificially sweet, hint of rubber, also some flowery notes. Taste is decently fruity but ruined by an aggressive aftertaste

Sampled from bottle @ ZZT VI. Clear amber color, small off-white head. Smell malts and some fruitiness. Taste malts, sweetness, overripe fruits, lightly alcohol. Quite like it. Medium body and carbonation.

Bottle @ zzt. Aroma is peppery yeast, some caramel. Flavour is peppery with a very fowl sidenote. Somehow reminds of shoe soles.

Botella. Unclear deep golden colour, small white head. Sweet aroma, malty and fruity caramel like. Ok mouthfeel. Sweet flavour, caramel malt soem fruit and spice too.
