3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20 Swaroga (255) - Brussels, BELGIUM - DEC 4, 2011
75cl bottle. Yellow hazy with bits of malt. Big white head that dissipates quick. Nose : Strong soapy floral and citrus freshness. Yeasty and spicy. Cereal notes. Sip : Little creamy with good carbonation. Sour lemon zest start. Some spices like pepper and clove. Floral hoppiness elevates into bitter.sour aftertaste. Overall it’s a light spicy and little sour beer. Must be refreshing when drunk in hot weather.

Draught @ Delirium Café, Brussels. Rated on 18.07.2010
Rather light aroma is typical to saison: wheat, yeast and fruits. Flavour is also light with yeast, wheat and some peach. Easy to drink but nothing special really.
