A 0.75L bottle shared with Mirjukka at Vastarannan Kiiski. A large head. Quite foamy. Hazy pale yellow colour. Mild soft taste. Mild hoppiness. Some hints of peaches in the taste.

hazy light yellow,light banana wheat nose,light fruity and lots of hops soft, little kemon and just a touch tart

Bottle 37.5. Hazy yellow color. Huge head with plenty of yeasty and spicey notes in the aroma. Acid and some fruity and spicey notes can be found flavorwise. Pretty good.

(Bottle, 0.75 l, at Hilpeä Hauki on 2008-08-04) Yellow and hazy. Big white head. Slightly sour and fruity nose. Medium-bodied palate with lot of carbonation. Sour, fruity, bitter, citric taste with some grapefruit in it, too. A bit boring saison.

bottle: cork rocket out of this one thought it put a hole in the celling. pours with a giant pure white foamy head that sits atop a golden hay coloured body with a geyser of liny bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass. aroma is a little on the sour side with great grain aroma, brigth fruits and a slight yeast.. flavour is good and wheaty with other grain flavours too, the yeast is very prominent with a slight bite of bitter and a some farmhouse funk. a great ssison.

Hazy yellow with a huge head.Deliciously spicy nose with citrus and yeast. Acidic notes as well. Flavour starts sweet with a very complex yeastiness that makes a dry finish. Good carbonation. An extraordinary saison
