Medium yellow in colour with a bit of haze and strong carbontion. Very interesting aromas of citrus, coriander, wet wood, and a bit of sourness. Extremely dry and spritzy on the palate, with flavor notes of grassy hops, citrus, and chalk. The flavor is a bit of a letdown after the wonderful aromatic profile, but it’s still a refreshing (if somewhat "uncomplicated").

750 mL bottle via Lubiere, shared with Ben, served cool in a tulip. MA30/07.

App.: Very cloudy golden with a loose, white meringue and a little lacing. Aroma: Quite yeasty, light citrus and wheat, light earthy funk; light coriander and spice, white pepper. Palate: Med.-light body, soft effervescence. Flav.: Disappointing! Is this true to style?? Thin and watery; minerals and light lemon; yeast and some dirtiness; very lean finish with moderate bitterness and slight bitter orange notes..

The nose was writing cheques that the mouth couldn’t cash!

Poured hazy yellow with white head. Aroma of spice and fruit. Taste started fruity with hints of spice and finished clean and refreshing.

Aroma is citric, yeasty and cheesy. Hazy, yellow coloured with a lasting of-white head. Taste is sweet, bit sour, yeasty, citric and cheesy. Bit carbonated. Stil quite refreshing and smooth.

Bottle sampled. Pours hazy pale golden with a large white fizzy head. Aroma of citrus, apples, spices, and some wood. The flavor is sweet, apples, citrus, spices, and bitterness. Good brew.

Bottle (375ml). Shared with GregClow, my bottle via trade with Boutip. Tons of floaties in the bottom of this one - poured - evenutally - cloudy pale yellow with a huge fluffy lasting white head. Aroma of lemon, light peppery yeast, apple/pineapple sweet malt - noticeably sour, but not too sour. Taste - very light sweet apple malt, mild spice, quite a fresh light grassy hop bitterness to balance it - sadly, the flavour is a bit on the thin side. Watery body, mild everything - acidity, carbonation, mouthfeel - refreshing, and as it warmed, the yeast and spice emerged and made this quite enjoyable.

Bottle shared with HogTownHarry - hos bottle. Initial pour is a very clear golden with a good sized white head. Follow-up pour is hazy with some chunky floaty bits. Nose is a bit funky and vaguely skunky/herbal, with notes of citrus and pineapple, coriander and yeast. Body is somewhat thin, but crisp and refreshing. Flavour is very interesting - fairly sweet off the top, mild medicinal notes, some hay/grass, lemon, mellow hops. Quite good!

750ml, pours hazy straw color with fluffy white head. nose is pretty funky, coriander, hop citrus notes, hay, and flowers. flavor is crisp, refreshing, coriander, slightly sweet, hay, yeasty, and biscuit. alc. well hidden, said 8% on the bottle i believe. very tasty stuff.
