750 ml bottle from John’s Market in Portland; huge popping cork; pours soft, light orange mostly clear with faint white head; aromas of honey, wheat, may and mild spices; soft, fizzy mouthfeel with plenty of yeast, wheat and spice; texture is soft and flavor profile is a little light; hay, lemons, stale wheat and grass; drank this right after the La Moneuse and this was not nearly as complex or flavorful; like the lemony wheat though just wish is was ratcheted up a little bit

Pours a cloudy light yellow, with a nicely laced head. Aroma is of citrus, grass, yeast and apple. Taste is medium bodied with grape, lychee, grass and grapefruit. Nice, but doesn’t seem that special.

Pours amber with a pillowy white head and yeast floaties. Slightly funky, spicy and grains in the aroma. Light crisp malt, wheat, a little spice in the taste. Really nice and easy drinking.
