Sour, fruity, bitter, citric taste with some grapefruit in it, too. A bit boring saison. mcbackus (621), Merritt Island, Florida, USA Aug 2, 2008 bottle: cork rocket out of this one thought it put a hole in the celling. pours with a giant pure white foamy head that sits atop a golden hay coloured body with a geyser of liny bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass. aroma is a little on the sour side with great grain aroma, brigth fruits and a slight yeast.. flavour is good and wheaty with other grain flavours too, the yeast is very prominent with a slight bite of bitter and a some farmhouse funk. a great ssison. Hazy golden with a lot of sediment. Thin head. Cellar nose, strangely watery body. Hints of cream and rubber. Coconut finish. Unexpectably bland.
