Drunk on draught at moeder lambic in Brussels. Dry bitter blonde beer. Excellent. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The original, but not the best. It had some fantastic qualities, an easy going palate, gentle spice flavours, I can see why it was chased. I really loved this to be honest, definitely session beer in quality.

25 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Gall&Gall, Utrecht. Hazy golden with a white head. Grainy aroma with a touch of lemon and yeast. Taste is bittersweet with a very dry finish. Nice saison but without the usual funky barn aroma, so in my opinion too clean.

Golden-Orange color with white short head. Quite simple aroma: banana and clove and a bit of Roasty notes and citrics. Dry flavor with too much bitterness. Medium body and high carbonation. Dry ending. Unbalanced and not very complex .

12.7.2014. Very pale yellowish, slightly hazy. Light aroma with lemon, pepper, honey and yeast. Taste is also rather light but not watery. Refreshing soft carbonation. Taste has also lemon, some pepper and yeast, hops. Tart and floral. Could be nixe summerdrink.

A true saison. Fresh with some interesting flavors. Nice golden colour with a white head and soft carbonation. Flavor starts with malt sweetness, yeast and a sour note and fades to a dry bitter finish with some grassy funky element. I prefer the other Dupont saisons but this one is also very good.

Complexe smaak. Heerlijk.

UPDATED: FEB 18, 2015 Classic organic beer from one of the pioneers of organic beers in Belgium; the organic version of what can probably be considered one of the archetypes of the saison style. On a par with the regular version, hazy peach blonde under a thick and frothy, yellowish white, very stable head; dry, complex, yeasty and estery, hay, spiciness, citrus touch, smooth graininess underneath, characterful hoppy and yeasty spicy finish, long and quenching. I’d dub this the best organic beer in the country.
