Pours yellow pale with a medium white head. Discrete yeasty nose. Aromas are cereals, herbs, lemon. Dry and lemon-herbal bitter finish. Light body, high carbonation. Refreshing, but I'm not a huge fan of this dryness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Zarkam (336) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAR 8, 2014
250ml bottle, hazy amberish yellow colour with lots of tiny particles, medium mostly vanishing frothy white head, decent lacing. Zesty aroma of lemon, apricot, white pepper and a hint of grain and leather. Taste is initially bittersweet with a hint of sourness, turning into a long lightly bitter and meaty finish with a moderately astringent feel. Medium body, dry texture, lively carbonation. A fairly complex brew though less so than most saisons I tasted and very drinkable at the same time. On the other hand quite a lot more approachable than many of the style.
