Generally like Asians but this was missing something. Malty and earthy but lacking. Just ok ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a hazy yellowish color with a dense meringue like head. Aroma is yeasty esthers with some honey and peach. Flavor is same peach with some rose petals and a slight hoppy herbal finish. Medium to light palate, intense carbonatation with a very dry finish. Refreshing and interesting.

Dark golden/light orange, quite hazy, good and healty white head, nice persistence and lacing. Aroma has fruity notes of lemon and maybe pear, herbal/grassy freshness, a bit of a spicy note and an underlying earthy feel. Taste has a bready/crackery malts foundation, again an underlying earthy feel, lemon and a bit of spiciness. Dry and quite bitter finish. Light body, dense carbonation, easy and lively mouthfeel. Overall this is well done, refreshing and sure good for hot weather. Still, it’s so similar to their standard Saison Dupont that i can’t help but think of it as watered down, less complex version.

Bottle. Aroma mostly fruity, general fruitiness, high esters. Subtle barnyard. Large stable white head. Lightly hazy golden colour. Complex and balanced taste. Moderate sweetness, fruity, light earthy and barnyard. Well attenuated, yet the body feels medium. Finishes with a touch of alcohol. Very good.

15cl sample at the Ghent Beer Festival VI (22 VIII 2015). A hazy yellow coloured saison with large white collar. A nose and taste of sourness, citrus too, even yeast and hay. Sour finishing saison with really enjoyable spiced features. Light, pleasant, quenching.

250ml bottle from Club de Cervezas. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a big white creamy head that shows moderate retention. Aroma is very estery, fruity and floral, with some spicy touches. Notes of soft citrus, both lemony and orangey, a bit of coriander, pineapple and passionfruit. Some green and mildly hoppy touches of fresh green leaves, bread and hay. Taste is spicy with some initial sweetness, moderate bitter hints and a dry-ish finish. Notes of white wine, spices, orange, pineapple and bread. Interesting. High carbonation, light to medium body. Refreshing. Somewhat close to Belgian Witbiers but still a Saison. Quite good but nothing to write home about.

0.25l (I think) at Magic Beer Room, Zagreb. Golden-yellow body with pearly carbonation and a lasting medium to big white head. Sweetish apple aroma mostly. Slightly perhaps overcarbonated taste, grainy, apples and honeyish, very light tartness, just slightly grainy and herbal. Interesting stuff, a nice and drinkable little saison.
