Bottle 2014. Hazy golden with very big fluffy white head. Lots of herbs, sweet malts, marmalade, tangerine, sour orange peel, light white pepper, light fresh wood, green raw vegetables. Light sweet at first going quickly into a medium bitter dry palate with long lasting bitter finish. Dry feel with full carbonation. Very nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: APR 4, 2015 It pours a hazy yellow, slightly orange colour with a white dense head. A combination of grass, hay, barnyard and herbal accents compose the aroma. These reappear in the taste, but with a sharp bitterness. Unfortunately, the taste vanishes rapidly, but there is a light taste of apple that lingers around. Very good beer, but would have loved it if the taste didn’t disappear so quickly.

Pours an unclear golden with a medium white head that leaves superior lacing. Nose is of bananas, cloves, pepper and fragrant herbs. Taste is pretty dry and offers cereals, bananas, cloves, pepper. Body is light to medium, carbonation high and mouthfeel airy. Overall a nice saison just like its non-dryhopped brother or sister. Not quite like what I expected but really good!

2014. Bottle from MOMH. High carbonation, huge white fluffy head, slightly murky and straw pale. Classic Dupont yeast esters, spice and lemon peel, some rosemary and woody herbs too. Froth alone very bitter, but once it dies away, the underlying bear is honey malt sweet, lightly lemony, with a growing bitterness.

Jaune assez trouble. Final assez court.

750 ml 2014 bottle. Pours hazy straw/gold with plenty of foam. Aroma is a seamless blend of classic saison notes and floral hops. Taste has clean bitterbess, doughy/bready malt, light fruit. Lovely dry finish. Elegant, super clean and ridiculously drinkable.
