At Copenhagen Beer Festival: Ltd.Edition 2012. A truly magnificent beer! 6,5% with a complex, long and warming (hint of pepper?) taste and aftertaste. Belgian ale with an extra dose of hops, superb.

Best saison I've had, I think. Pours fizzy yellow with huge white head. Aroma is belgian yeast, wheat, tropical fruit. Taste is fresh, slightly bitter with a pleasant sourness. Light bodied with medium carbonation. Fairly long, mellow and slightly sweet finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
