Draught at Den Tatoverede Enke. Golden, light hazy, with a large white head. Aroma moderate malty (caramel), heavy hoppy. Flavor moderate sweet, heavy bitter. Medium body. Quality and experiment ok, but I don’t like it.

1,5 ltr bottle: Pretty big airy white head on top of a hazy yellow colored beer. Smell is a fresh mix of yellow fruit, hops, spices, light yeasty. Taste is a soft smooth mix of yellow fruit, lemon, yeast, light sour, spices, bitter, hoppy and citrus. Nice fruity lemon light dry hoppy aftertaste. Medium carbo, tingling mouthfeel, medium to fuller body and a light watery texture.

Nice fine head, cæoudy yellow. Fine dry fruit with ligth coriander and spicy nose. medium body, medium length. dry light finish, a bit closed. Overall the nose is fine but taste is lacking.

Unclear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, moderate hoppy, flowers, orange - citrus, moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity yeast, light peppery. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110525]

Draught. Light golden coloured. Beige dense head. Flavour of sweetness, fruits, yeast, herbs and flowers. Flavour of flowers, herbs, light fruits, sweetness and some yeast and spice. Medium to full bodied. Is light bitter and grapy in the end. Delicious brew.

(750ml bottle, 2011 vintage) Pours a hazy pale yellow body with a tall white head. Aroma of grass, leather, basil, celery, yeast, pepper, and lemon peel. Flavor of grass, lemon, earthiness, and yeast with a soft mouthfeel and dry, crisp bitter finish. Excellent.
