On tap at the Brick Store Pub. Hazy yellow pour, with a medium, creamy, white head. The aroma is hay, barnyard mustiness, pine, and some light fruitiness. Sweet and musty, with a pretty significant hop bitterness. Long, bitter aftertaste. Medium to heavy body, very astringent and velvety. Overall, this is not my favorite beer. The dry hopping added too much bitterness, which overwhelms the more subtle aspects of a good saison. Oh, well.

2013 vintage. Not sure if it is aged or just sat around for 2 extra years. Hazy brown apricot hue with thick cream lasting white head. Smells of a sugary yeast. A bit sweet, medium texture a bit more hoppy than the non dry hopped version but nothing overwhelming bread/yeast prevails. Pretty good.

slightly hazy wan gold with offwhit ehead collapsing to lacing. slightly dusty, gooseberry and cut grass alongside typical dupont yeast esters. dry, spritzy carbonation, fresh, herbal and touch of sherbet, fruity esters, medium body, long earthy/herbal slight;y resinous finish.

2015 edition, cloudy gold with a fine white head and a funky, faintly fruity nose. Fruity bitter with citrus and more farmhouse notes, long citrus bitter finish.

Tap @ Kafe Belgie. Hazy light golden coloured, thin white head. Nose is yeasty, sour, lemonade. Flavour is sour, fruity, slightly yeasty. Overall quite sour, not sure if this was intended. Dont get much of the dryhopped part, due to the sourness. Not too bad, but quite weird.

A big surprise. I liked beer. Fresh, powerful, with a point of imbalance thank you very much. Maybe a little too much gas, but also a persistent foam amazing. A bitter taste at the end of the mouth, persistent and very nice. A beer for summer and retain repeat.

Infected? At jester king. Smells like a complex saison with tart. Really dry. What a theme. Slightly tart. A little spicy. I could drink a bunch of this but it’s not mind blowing. Pours a bit cloudy with lots of head.

Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a hazy yellow-gold color with an enormous fomay white head that left excellent lacing. The aorma was drysih, a bit chalky, perfumey hops and a bit of citrus. The flavor was dry, bitter, perfumey, chalky, musty and had a touch of black pepper. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.
