On tap at the Brick Store Pub. Hazy yellow pour, with a medium, creamy, white head. The aroma is hay, barnyard mustiness, pine, and some light fruitiness. Sweet and musty, with a pretty significant hop bitterness. Long, bitter aftertaste. Medium to heavy body, very astringent and velvety. Overall, this is not my favorite beer. The dry hopping added too much bitterness, which overwhelms the more subtle aspects of a good saison. Oh, well.

Bottle, thanks Craig. Golden with white head. Dusty peppery aroma with lemon. Taste of lemon, pine, caramel. Quite a harsh fizz and a bitter finish. Ok

I have always loved Dupont and the addition of this dry-hopped annual release totally hits the mark. Perfectly balanced with a hoppy addition to the palette -- not too piney or too much citrus-- to go along with the farmhouse yeast, funk and hay notes.

Smell of yeast, wet hay, small amount of bubblegum, yeast esters, wheat. Taste of coriander, spice, wheat, yeast, mellowed out tartness with very minor funk.

Beautiful cloudy orange body with big white head. Fruity nose. Aroma is wheat, hoppy, fruity, flowery. Some sweetness, more bitterness. Medium body and lively carbonation. Belgian wit beer + hops, just great.

Bottle from CBX. Cloudy golden pour with a large white head dry, earthy aroma with citrus and some yeasty esters. Flavor is much drier and bitter with lively carbonation and a medium body. Pretty nice.

Bottled 2014 version. Pours hazy, golden with a huge, spot lacing, off-white hesd. Aroma of Belgian hops, yeast, orange, caramel and spicy notes. Sweet flavor that ends up more dry and pleasant bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and lively carb. A very nice and hoppy Saison.
