Bottle with some coworkers. Pours a murky golden orange with fluffy off-white than recedes to a thin, lasting covering and bubbly spotted lace. Nose of funky yeast, hay, citrus. Flavor of lemon, grapefruit, grass, yeast, hay, stone fruit, coriander, pepper. Medium body.

Another brilliant beer by the Brasserie Dupont. It is a wonderful beer with a brilliant champaign-like aroma and the most brilliant aroma of hops and alcohol. Has the most wonderful bitter palate.

Very light color, hazy with a white head, lasting and beautifully lacing. Aroma of light candy, light spicy esters, spicy and floral hops. Flavor is quite hoppy and fruity ballanced with the light sweetness. Quite dry but medium to full bodied. Amazing but needs a bit more hops to differentiate enough from the original.

Bottle at home. Clear golden pour, thick white head. Aroma of spicy hops, slighty fruity, floral and a bit of yeast. Flavor is quite bitter, fruity, clean and very full bodied. Great balance. Nice brew, but it differs only slightly from the original.

Hazy yellow with a TON of head. Aromas of belgian yeast, bready, etc. Flavor was much the same, classic saison, with a hop punch at the end. Very enjoyable.

375 ml bottle. Pours a hazy gold with full head. A lot going on with the aroma: honey, beeswax, citrus, melons, hops, and classic yeast. Flavors don’t carry the same weight unfortunately- a bitter variant of the standard Dupont Saison. Good - but not great.

375 ml bottle
Golden hazy beer with big fluffy white head. Aroma has citrus, pepper, slight tartness, Belgian yeast, honeyish sweetness, flowers, grass and herbs. Flavor is yeasty, pale malty, fruity and peppery. Palate is quite thick and quite soft but foamy. Finish has quite heavy and long bitterness and feel of alcohol. Aftertaste is florally fruity, grassy and herbal. Pouring in the yeast makes the beer murky and softens the bitterness on the aftertaste closer to a normal saison. Decent stuff, bridging the gap between a saison and a Czech pils.

750ml bottle pours out a hazy golden topped with a long lasting white head. Nose is citrus hops clove and a nice malty touch. Taste is as the nose with a good hop touch the typical dupont saison taste. This a is tasty one.

Color is light yellow and hazy; huge head that lingers for a few minutes. Smell is fresh garden, dry malt, some clove and citrus. Taste is very dry - apple pastry, cider, spice, some yeast funk. There’s a hint of slightly sweet fruit candy and hops on the finish. Highly carbonated.

Hazy orange color with a white medium lasting head. Aroma is fruity, froral and malty, with some banana and moderate hops. Taste is hoppy, floral and spicy, with cinnamon and clove. Earthy and slightly hoppy finish. Actually, I can’t really find much difference between this one and the regular Saison Dupont, can’t find the hoppier presence you can expect from a Dry Hopped Saison.
