2.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
This draft brew from a restaurant poured an extremely small sized head of foamy finely sized bright white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a typically carbonated transparent yellow colored body and an excellent lacing. The weak aroma was of pear. The mild citrus mouth feel was tingly at the start with a mediumly tingly finish with a mellow dry aftertaste. The ok flavor contained notes of semi-sweet mild citrus, dryness, coriander, hops, malt and bread dough. An OK brew just nothing special.

i bought a 375ml bottle, in tokyo.
bready and rotten?grainy aroma.
high carbo. spicy. light body. little oily. quite sour and bitter.
ester/yeast taste dominates. little geuzey.
and then little malt sweetness comes.
at the end part, high and good bitterness exists by abundant bittering hops. very good beer, i will buy this beer again if i can.

I have always loved Dupont and the addition of this dry-hopped annual release totally hits the mark. Perfectly balanced with a hoppy addition to the palette -- not too piney or too much citrus-- to go along with the farmhouse yeast, funk and hay notes.
