Draught, Csakajósör, Budapest.
Opalescent yellow body with a foamy huge white head. Fruity green apple aroma with some herbal-resinous background, a bit of a lambic style character. Sourish, fruity, green apple dominated taste with yeasts, dry flavor profile with a herbal hoppy character that opens fully in the aftertaste. Really fine!

Dry hopping does make this beer more bitter but don't let that dissuade you from enjoying this brew. Hoppy, spicy hints of malts with a fresh and light finish. It's not too bold and doesn't linger too long on your tongue. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle in Mother Kellys, London. The moment this is poured into a glass on the bar in Mother Kellys, I can smell the beautiful perfumed, floral saison aroma. Colour is clear golden amber, thin white head. Nose is permumey, floral saison yeast, crisp baked meringue, grassy, hay, cereal grain, fruity and has a little extra hop kick than the regular. Thing of great beauty and a worthy addition to the Saison Dupont stable.

Een heel lekkere saison, een pak beter dan de dupont saison biologique voor mij

Bottle. Light golden, hazy, average to large and mostly lasting head. Moderate, malty - some wheat and lightly sweetish, faint caramel with some fruitiness, light citrus and light spiciness (coriander, pepper), light hoppyness, faint yeast. Body is medium, malty - some wheat and lightly sweetish flavor, faint fruitiness and light citrus, light spiciness and faint hoppyness. Finish is average, malty - lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish, faint citrus, light - some peppery spiciness and faint hoppyness. Really nice aroma, but flavor/finish lacks fruitiness. In the finish spiciness gets bit sharp. Aroma/flavor not in balance.

10oz pour at Tyler’s Apex. Good aroma. Sweet yeasty. Nice clean pale goldenorange color. Good hhead and lace. Bitter flavor. Medium body. Creamy mouthfeel. Dry bitter finish. Very nice. Really like the flavor of it. Nice yeast and hop mix. Whole beer is solid really.
