COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle conditioned.
Saison Dupont is a classic Belgian farmhouse ale. This is a beautifully balanced, complex beer that has a refreshing fruitiness and long, dry finish. It is bottled unfiltered so it may be cloudy or have a slight sediment but this is normal and perfectly natural.

Orange gold color, very cloudy. Large white foamy head. Aroma is musty, barnyard and funky. A medium bodied saison. Malts are fruity, funky and musty. Old leather cobwebs and a funky floral flavor abound. Smooth taste. A touch of hop spiciness at the finish, Most definitely a saison. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly spicy.

Beautiful bottle pours forth a beautiful brew: hazy orange body, with streams of carbonation, suspended solids, and a giant creamy white head. Aroma is crisp, sweet, fruity and floral with a substantial skunkiness. Wonderful spicy, floral flavor with strong sweetness from the malts balanced beautifully by grassy/citrusy notes from the hops, trailing off to a delicate finish of sweet perfume. My first saison, and a truly wonderful beer.

Bottle. Hazy golden beer with a huge white head. Slightly skunked aroma - damn green bottles - but you also get spice, a fresh citrusy aroma, yeast. Citrus, pepper, old hop, yeast, and bready flavors. Lively carbonation. Slightly bitter finish.

Murky yellow with a thick white head. Aroma is surprisingly faint, just hints of fruit and yeast. First sips are slightly sweet, but ends very dry. Rather light bodied; full of citrus flavors and doughy yeast.

Hazy gold, some small yeast particles, and a big rocky white head. Aroma is yeasty, slightly peppery and musty. Great dry finish after a sweet and slighly tart beginning.

Hazy dark gold, yeasties, HUGE rocky white head. Complex aroma that came off with a fresh white pepper, spicy lemon bread, tangerine, with a very light barnyard funk to it. This ale is well balanced, yet nicely bittered to round it out. Medium to full bodied, lively carbonation, super dry, peppery citirc finish. A true gem that kicks much ass! Top notch....

0.25 bottle. Cloudy blonde color with huge whit head that lasts. Fruity aroma with hints of yeast. Malty flavor with a pleasent dry finish.

Tutored tasting with Italian beer expert Lorenzo "Kuaska" Dabove.. Hazy golden colour, rocky white head, mostly lasting. Strong hoppy (peppery) on a delicate aroma of honey, tropical fruits (avocado). Taste gives bitter herbal flavor, honey and bread dough. Great bitter aftertaste. Medium body, long finish.

Hazy straw blonde in color with a white head. Aroma was of banana, yeast, and cloves. This one had a banana and lemon flavors that weren’t very strong. There was a hidden yeast taste in the middle with a light bitter finish with a citrus orange peel taste. This brew is light and smooth, and at the same time complex because it has quite a few flavors that don’t jump out at your right away.
