4.4 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Opaque, pale gold body with a thin white head. No lacing.
Lemon/banana, yeast and some spice to the aroma. Very fragrant.
Lemon and a slight sourness dominates. Lots of very distinct yeast. Dense and complex. Some Belgian candi sugar in here too? Spicy hop finish.
Medium bodied with a dry, crisp finish. Carbonated like champagne.

This really is one crazy farm ale. THe flavor is definitely intense and I would recommend sharing the bottle with a couple of friends. The cloudy citrus blend is bursting with flavor. Great beer.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A huge creamy egg white frothy head, with a pour that is somewhat golden-orange in appearance. Incredible lacing, with some flavors, that are quite robust and very dominant, a musty, ranch saddle, musty sweat like flavor at times, with some fruity hints like pear and banana. Very spicey and complex, but also very very dry. I like it alot!

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a golden misty gold with orange tinge. Puffy white head with tons of lacing. Aroma has notes of citrus, barnyard, cheese, banana, clove, bubblegum; in that order. Flavor is very complex with some nice funky cobbwebb flavors along with the aformentioned aromas; spicy too! Finishes VERY dry with a light sweetness. I really liked this saison, it was just like a subtle Avec Les Bons Voeux.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Clear golden color, white short lasting head. Tiny particles. Spicy aroma, yeasty but also fruity, cheesy. Bit like Dupont avec les bons veux. Quite sharp palate, despite only 6.5 %.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle conditioned. GBBF2003 (saison tasting session). Golden amber colour, good white head and quite high condition. More intense aromas than the Biolegere, with grainy fruit and honey and some background yeast and peppery spiciness. Sweet in the mouth, full bodied and malty with co2 more apparent. Pleasant dry bitter yeastiness in the long finish.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Murky yellow pale brown colour. Interesting light fresh sourdough, staw and hint of egg white aroma. Medium light softish body. Interesting lightly vinous, spiced and more dominant sourdough yeasty flavours. Some unbalanced tartness and bitterness in the finish. I'm not all that familiar with the style so a hard one to rate for me.
