Mar 9, 2009 Bottle... Poured a hazy orange with an easy forming, huge white head. Spiced, tropical fruits on the nose. Nice, refreshing, carbonated palate. Flavor had a lot of malt and breaded grains and roasted, creme brule-like sugars with some citrus fruit. Had gotten a little dry towards the finish.

Mar 7, 2009 375ml from Bevmo. A beer I am surprised I have not had up until this point. Pours orange with a big puffy tan head. Nose is sweet and well spiced. Taste is sweet slightly spiced and overall quite tasty. Nice saison.

Mar 7, 2009 750 ml bottle shared with the KW crew. pours golden with lively carbonation. aroma of yeast, light playful fruitiness, and some lingering dry brett aspects. the flavour is quite complex. sweet fruitiness of front with the bardyard funk leading to a very dry slightly bitter finish. a delightful way to start our tasting.

Mar 7, 2009 750ml bottle shared by matt7215 at our second KW group tasting. Thanks Matt! Pours a beatiful straw gold, hazy with a lot of white head. Aroma: Skunk, but in a good way, Tums, powdered sugar, Bretty goodness, very dry and yeasty. Flavour: Really nice malty body to all the above mentioned aspects, very sweet but with some awesome bitter hoppy balance in the finish. Comes across astringent with that Bretty spritzy lemon lime up front characteristic that I love so much. Refreshing. Awesome stuff! Multy-layered yet simple and tasty at the same time. An awesome beer, thanks Matt for sharing!

Mar 4, 2009 Golden pour. Aroma is fruity, taste is slightly bitter with a barleywine mouthfeel. I could use more taste by far. Does not have a barleywine alcohol taste but finishes easy.

Mar 2, 2009 750 mL bottle. Cloudy, dirty blonde pour with and enormous frothy white head. Aroma of yeast and barnyard. Taste of yeast, dry hops and some sugar. Nice lasting finish.
