COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle conditioned.
Saison Dupont is a classic Belgian farmhouse ale. This is a beautifully balanced, complex beer that has a refreshing fruitiness and long, dry finish. It is bottled unfiltered so it may be cloudy or have a slight sediment but this is normal and perfectly natural.

På 33cl flaska. Import från Belgien. Ljusgul i färgen.

On-tap. Cloudy yellow-orange with a big stable head, nice lacing. Smell of spices, herbs, coriander, citrus and yeast. Sweetish, fruity, spicy (coriander), pleasant lemon peel bitterness, light acidity, well balanced. Medium-bodied, fizzy, dry mouthfeel. Good.

Bouteille 750ml.

Pours a clear gold with a white fluffy head. Aroma notes include citrus, flora, yeast, pear, and crisp apple. Tasting notes include very light citrus, apple, pear, slight pepper, and a very smooth delicate finish. This is an outstanding saison!!

UPDATED: JUN 11, 2015 Hazy orange gold with large frothy head. Yeasty aroma: yeast, young Gouda, buttermilk, hay, fresh grains, faint blue cheese note, fresh grass note. Inviting. Taste is relatively sweet, sugar, sugar syrup dominates first sip. In subsequent sips the typical saison taste starts to develop. Fresh, crisp in the beginning with cheese, lime and pine notes. Moves towards a yeasty, wheaty body. Medium bitter development with notes of exotic fruit, slightly creamy. Aftertaste is a bit dry, soapy. Although this beer packs a lot if individual flavors, it is gentle, sophisticated and very well balanced.
