Saison Dupont is a classic Belgian farmhouse ale. This is a beautifully balanced, complex beer that has a refreshing fruitiness and long, dry finish. It is bottled unfiltered so it may be cloudy or have a slight sediment but this is normal and perfectly natural.

For export relabeled as "Vieille Provision".

UPDATED: MAY 5, 2016 Alaranjada de média turbidez, espuma branca abundante, carbonatada, de longa persistência. Aroma de lúpulo tipo belga, alaranjado, fermento aparente, adocicada. Paladar de leve/médio dulçor, leve acidez. Corpo leve, alta carbonatação. Final mantém o fermento e cítrico iniciais, tempero fica aparente, muitíssimo bem equilibrada, uma jóia belga !

Hazy golden/orange color with a huge, soapy, thick, white head. Aroma is light cheesy with earthy notes as well as different spices. Taste has lots of spices, a lot of yeast, light fruit, malt, earthy and grassy. Quite sweet, light bitter with a dry citric finish. A good saison, but for me only as something to have every once in a while (maybe even years in between)

Big frothy foam with big bubbles. Colour is hazy straw to gold with lots of residue. Quite intense carbonation. Aroma is very refreshing and super estery. A tad spicy maybe. Flavour is also very refreshing and estery, spicy and quite mild, with a bit of a boozy note.

New favourite. Bang on. Too pricy but why doesn’t the world know about this and at least try to replicate?

A full bodied delicious saison. Well carbonated with a ever so slight taste of witbier. One of the best saisons in my book!

Bottle enjoyed at home
Copper hazy, massive frothy white head. Smell of fruity yeast esters, cardemomme, clove, light malts, all in all a fantastic and inviting aroma. Light sweet, alot of fruity yeast flavors, spicy elements, more clove and cardemomme, some pepper, bone dry. Grassy tail, moderate to medium bitter. A superb saison!

Bottle 0,33l. Pours yellow with large white head, good retention. Aroma of hops, yeast, flowers, a bit dusty. Taste is flowers, citrus, yeast, herbs, basement dusty, dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Light and refreshing beer.

Bottle from Sip in Tallinn. BB 05.2019. Pours cloudy light golden with a massive off-white head. Some bits floating around. Retention and lace very good. The aroma’s typically yeasty and citric with a nice fresh white bread sidenote. Notes of fermented apples and farmhouse basement dust. Tastes refreshing piquant juicy sweet upfront with herbal-grassy bitterness following. Dry grainy finish. Carbonation moderate, body medium. Not exactly my idea of a summertime sessionable light brew but very-very nice nonetheless.
