Bottle. Pours cloudy light yellow. Aroma of belgian yeast, cloves, touch of banana and hay. Taste is spicy hops with some light sour and bitterness. It’s not a all time classic for nothing. Good stuff.

4.7 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
The gold standard for the beer type as far as I’m concerned. Might be biased since it was also what introduced me to the Saison phenomenon but there’s not much out there that can really compete with this lovely dry beast of a beer. My default go-to summer beer for sunny days. Light enough to not knock you off your socks immediately (contrary to the more serious Avec le Bons Voeux counterpart). Yeasty, light citrus and herb tones, golden look.

A- Mustard seed, subtle latex, floral, cucumber, subtle vinegar, spice.
A- Yellow orange color, hazy liquid, white head.
T- Subtle spices, wheat, lemon, floral.
P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation,
O- This seems to be the standard judged by all saison. Quite tasty but I didn’t fall head over for it. Lots of nice floral notes and not overwhelming in spice. Very balanced.

33cl bottle, served in snifter glass. Poured a cloudy yellow with a three finger white head. Glass full of swimming yeast. Aromas of citrus, grapefruit, caramel, freshly cut grass. Tastes of again citrus, grass, caramel, bready yeast, grapefruit, banana, pepper, apple. Complex beer. Medium body, creamy, hoppy, yeasty, very fruity. Nice dry bittersweet finish. This is a very good brew. Enjoyed this a lot and it’s a shame my glass is already empty...
