3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Appearance is light golden and cloudy with a creamy white foam cap. Aroma is funky earthy, herbal, and barnyard like. Taste starts with a sweet malt that gives way to a slightly spicy character with a bit of tartness on the end. Also pick up some fruity notes of apricot and pear. Mouthfeel is light to moderate with a little creaminess. Finish is a really well balanced with a slight bit of tartness but not overpowering. Great saison.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Very earthy aroma, slightly citrusy as well. Light yellow cloudy appearance with large fluffy white head. Dry and fruity, just as the description says. Very drinkable, very balanced for the ABV. Good example of a Saison.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Deep, slightly hazy gold with thick, long lasting rocky head. Sweet yeasty nose. Fruity marmalade aromas with hints of citrus. Taste is quite rich, but the palate is crisp and dry. Some spiciness detectable. Rich, but refreshing.

2.6 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Cloudy with a big white head which vaporates quickly. Aroma has a repugnant earthy flavor. Some yeast and cheese too.
Taste has cheese, orange and herbs. A bit bitter on the aftertaste. Easy to drink but not very rewarding.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
330ml bottle from House of Trembling Madness bottle shop, York. My dog had a good run round in the field earlier. Now he’s sat next to me, snoring, and giving off a fusty, slightly sweaty, dog aroma. Which isn’t entirely unlike the aroma of this beer. With lemons.
