Smells of citrus, lime and yeast, a bit of musk but an overall flowery lightness. Smells great when cold. Frothy light thin body with soft carbonation. Tastes a bit of cloves and butter with light bitter grassy finish. Cold its very nice and refreshing but as it warms it became a bit borring.

750ml bottle. Pours a hazy pale gold with a one finger head of fine white bubbles. The nose is herbal, with some floral notes, faint anice, pink bubblegum, yeast, black pepper, malt notes. It smells great. The taste is dry, and bitter up front with some citrus, yeast, hard water minerality, black pepper, finishing bitter with some citrus, and spice. There are a lot of layers here, and they’re all very subtle. This is just full on solid. A beautiful beer.

Aroma: floral/blossoms, sour note, lemon peel, straw, yeast
Flavor: moderately tart and bitter attack is followed by orange peel and dried orange, dried lemon, white pepper, spice and malt on the mid-palate. Finishes dry with a pleasant-tasting bitterness.
Comment: good medium bodied drink. Scores well in all categories. A young, fresh bottle imported in a reefer unit. Drink by 5/2015 on label.

Bottle. Pours a hazy light amber color with a thick white head. Nose is strong with a huge amount of funk to it with some sour and basement aromas to it. Taste is a little sour, but not as much as you’d expect. Dry and slightly heavy.

On tap at liberty hound. Gold pour with a bubbly thin head. Fruity Aroma with some hay/straw. Taste is bitter up front and relatively dry. Some tartness, with some champagney notes and a sweetness on the back of the tongue that reminds me of some sweet hay or candy ish malt. Medium big carbonation. Clean and refreshing.

A cloudy light orange appearance. Sweet with a mild citrus aroma. Has a light sweet taste with a medium bitterness, it last and mixes well with the alcoholic after taste.

Pours a cloudy golden orange colour with a white fluffy head. Aromas of citrus, hay, yeast and earthy herbs. Smooth mouth feel with refreshingly tight carbonation. Tastes of lemon, spices, farmy. Really tasty saison. Love it!

330ml bottle from Beer Hawk - A clear amber to gold body, with a white frothy head. The body hazes into a little orange cloud with the last drops of sediment to give a nice tempting look to it. The nose is bananas, cloves, a bit of coriander, giving an overall mustiness that makes the whole thing smell "rustic". The mouthfeel is rich and full, well rounded and frothy at the same time. Finally the taste, just a swirl releases all sorts of complex lightly sour, yet medium bitterness, with a long finish that drags you back for another sip.

Stupenda all’aspetto, si presenta di un bel dorato tendente all’arancio, schiuma copiosa, fine e molto persistente, L’aroma è fresco, sentori di limone e di legno, che lasciano ben presto spazio a note fruttate e flereali.
Al palato offre un corpo pieno, si può gustare immediatamente l’ottimo lavoro del lievito belga che riesce ad equilibrare benissimo i sentori di frutta e di spezie. Finale leggermente acido, rinfrescante che lascia il palato secco e pulito. La Saison per eccellenza.
