COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle conditioned.
Saison Dupont is a classic Belgian farmhouse ale. This is a beautifully balanced, complex beer that has a refreshing fruitiness and long, dry finish. It is bottled unfiltered so it may be cloudy or have a slight sediment but this is normal and perfectly natural.

For export relabeled as "Vieille Provision".

Pours a golden yellow with a thick white head and a massive amount of carbonation. The bottle I got was probably a little over carbonated. Aroma is lemons, grass, corn, and funk. The taste is light and crisp. Lemons, barnyard, and spices. Very refreshing. The carbonation stings my tongue. Very good saison.

Bottle. Nice fruity aroma with Belgian yeasts. Light gold colour, a bit cloudy, small head and almost no lacing. Taste lightly sour, fruits, a bitter finish. Medium bodied. Nice, very refreshing.

Very stanard saison with lots of fruity character in it. Very pleasant apple, pear, grape, peach aroma, some spiciness. High carb light body. Fruity and spicy but taste is more spicier. Very tasty!

Bottle. Pours cloudy light yellow. Aroma of belgian yeast, cloves, touch of banana and hay. Taste is spicy hops with some light sour and bitterness. It’s not a all time classic for nothing. Good stuff.

The gold standard for the beer type as far as I’m concerned. Might be biased since it was also what introduced me to the Saison phenomenon but there’s not much out there that can really compete with this lovely dry beast of a beer. My default go-to summer beer for sunny days. Light enough to not knock you off your socks immediately (contrary to the more serious Avec le Bons Voeux counterpart). Yeasty, light citrus and herb tones, golden look.

Bottle. A- Mustard seed, subtle latex, floral, cucumber, subtle vinegar, spice. A- Yellow orange color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Subtle spices, wheat, lemon, floral. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, O- This seems to be the standard judged by all saison. Quite tasty but I didn’t fall head over for it. Lots of nice floral notes and not overwhelming in spice. Very balanced.
