COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle conditioned.
Saison Dupont is a classic Belgian farmhouse ale. This is a beautifully balanced, complex beer that has a refreshing fruitiness and long, dry finish. It is bottled unfiltered so it may be cloudy or have a slight sediment but this is normal and perfectly natural.

Bouteille. De couleur jaune claire un peu trouble. Un col dense et bien généreux. Arôme floral et de levures belges. Goût épicé avec une belle sècheresse en finale dû à houblonnage vraiment juste à point. Très bien balancée!

Old rating. Nice classic Belgian. Big esters, big spices, some fruitiness and spice, clean body, and drier finish. Very nice.

Poured into a SA Perfect Pint showing a very cloudy straw/grapefruit yellow and two fingers of white foam. The nose shows big notes of fresh lemon and barnyard with notes of wild flower and sweet malts. The palate shows a lot of the farmhouse/barnyard flavor throughout with a barely noticeable sweetness in the malts. Almost no perceivable bitterness, a very nice brush/spice on the palate for the finish. Simple and clean, nothing extra.

Pours light amber with rather big white fizzy fully dimishing head. A bit of cloud in the body. Average lacing. Aroma reminds of sparkling wine, light maltyness and hoppiness, moderate yeast aromas with dough and sweat. Notes of banana. Light sweetness, long finish with surprisingly hoppiness. Dry, a bit sour aroma. Light to moderate body with watery texture and lively carbonation. Medium astringent. Nice dry refreshing saison.

The Cannery Row Beer Club is enjoying their first Farmhouse beer night. We have a feeling this one won't b our favorite.

330ml bottle pours a hazy orangey gold with big, pure white head. Warm, spicey yeast aroma with some bubblegum and banana sweets. Lovely in the mouth, but lots going on, bready, lightly malty and toasty, sweet creamy fruits with custard and then a mild bitterness and some warmth balance things out.

375 ml bottle poured into a Spiegelau tulip. Cork labeled 2.014. Hazy orange/yellow with 3 fingers of off-white head. Aromas of herbs, citrus fruit and peel. Tastes of citrus, barnyard funk, floral notes, herbs and spices. Medium body with a dry finish.

Draught with Sojka at the Pour House after Hawks 2OT win in Game 4. Nice golden color, decent white head, nose is barnyard funky, spice, grass, band aids, daffodils. Mouth is medium bodied, sharp carbonation, grassy, Belgian funky yeast, bread dough. My taste buds weren’t going 100%, but this was enjoyable.

SAISION IT’S COMES FROM SESSHION AND ITS A LONG TARDITION. NOW EVERYONE S DRINKING SESSHIONS AND THEY’RE FORGET WHAT IT COMES FROM. DUPOINT IS A CLASSIC SESSHION IT TASTE LIKEFRUITS AND A LITTLE SPICES. NOT MUCH HOPS GO ONTO SESSHIONS AND THIS IS NORMAL TO. IT’S A LITE BEER BUT STILL HAS LESS CALORIES AND CARBS THEN DARK BEERS. SO IT’S A GREAT CHOICE FOR THE POOL. I CAN’T WAITE FOR THE POOL TO OPEN UP. THIS YEAR I MADE A WATER GUN THAT LOOK JUST LIKE THE REAL THING, THE KIDS ARE GONNA BE SO SCARED EHEHEHEH
