750 bottle. Dark brown, white head. Funky nose. Taste of pepper, spices, a bit stale. Smooth, light body. Overall drinkable but it seems a bit old.

750ml corked&caged bottle. Pours a deep amber brown, mostly clear (almost like maple syrup or dark sweet tea), with a big, pillowy, off-white head. Aroma is estery with subtle hints of bubble gum, lots of fruit and spice character, some caramel and toffee, and a light peppery note. The flavor follows the aroma - lots of thick malts with some caramel taste, fruity and herbal esters and light hop flavor, a growing level of peppery phenols, and dark brown sugar with hints of maple and molasses. The finish has a nice dryness due to the phenols and dry texture. There is a light balancing bitterness in the end, too. The beer is slightly warming. The mouthfeel is spritzy and effervescent, and nicely lightens the full, slippery body. Overall, an interesting Belgian ale - tasty and good.

Bottle. Pours iced tea brown with a thick body and a nice lingering head. Aroma is zesty spring lemon, sweet coriander, and tart peach. Flavor is sweet caramel soup with lemon and a tart grass finish. Thin mouthfeel but the flavor lingers. Refreshing, but perhaps a bit too blunt.

Pours a cloudy golden brown with yeast particulates suspened and an off white head. The head is frothy with some peaks and two fingers in size. Head duration is fully lasting with a slight cap on the beer to the very end. Aroma is mild with some slight fruit essence. Slight malty flavor with spice and fruit notes. Finish has a mild astringint touch.

75cl bt. Great version of an funky beer. Lovely cider-esque fruit, apple, yeast, bret. But with an nice malty edge not usually associated with Saison beer. Nice balance.

pours a damn dark brown ..with great lacing .. lots of dark fruits with a touch of brett.. what a crazy saison... very good bitterness... love that slight funk ... good flavours, nice balance .. whats a yoko? ... abv well hidden .. an intresting take on the style, i recommend this to you my friend ..and.. is FrankTV funny? i cant bring myself to actually watch it, it seems like it might be funny, but the commercials for it are truly terrible,oh well, theyre wheeling away our dreams, just like theyre wheeling away those shiny machines...
