Had this at Mundaka campsite, Basque Country, Northern Spain sat outside Frank (camper) 06.07.11 Pours sunshine yellow. This is a touch tart from the off with a citrus aroma which is subtle along with the apple also subdued. Tartness and tanginess build, I tend to get citrus a lot more in the Basque ciders than I do with the Asturian ciders. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov13 3.2

A bit boozy with some medicinal notes, especially in the nose - burnt plastic, bandaid, etc. Lightly sweet, lightly tart. The apple comes through rather dull and lifeless.
