Bottle. Hay/barnyard aroma. Golden yellow color with moderate head. Light malt flavor - on the watery side. Not horrible - probably better sitting along the Nile after a hot day of sightseeing.
The best of the the Egyptian beers I tried (I never did find 7 stars). Pours a golden yellow with a nice white head. A bit dry with clean malt flaver. Smooth on the palete, and good to the last drop. I ended up liking it just fine.
Another beer flavored by the atmosphere more than the ingrediants the brewer used. I had too many of these in a tent watching a bunch of second rate nightclub acts. Very Arabian character to the whole experience, including the hangover the next day! Only if it is all that is available.
Basically the ABC beers are designed to hydrate the masses - they don’t have much flavor other than a little sweetness, perhaps and may be pure adjunct.
