Saku has enriched the flavoured trend beverage market with the new DLight. New Saku DLight is an even more refreshing, less bitter, slightly carbonated, and pomegranate-flavoured beer beverage. In consumer surveys, the unprecedented pomegranate flavour won a surprising, but unrivalled victory on the Estonian market. Complying with consumer wishes, the new DLight has been created with higher alcohol content: 4% vol. Trend beverages, which are gaining popularity in Europe as well, are good alternatives to stronger ciders, long drinks, and vodka cocktails at events where stronger drinks are not appropriate. The name Saku DLight is derived from the English word “delight” and is reflected in the entire being of the drink.

Bottle. I don’t really know how to rate it. This product has almost no connection to beer but here it is. Artificial strawberry aroma. Tastes like a bad strawberry lemonade. I would rather have real juice or real beer.

Pleasant, refreahing, like a lemonade. Nothing too special, as the beer is meant for refreshment

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. Ugly synthetix pale red colour. Strange strawberry like aroma nd flavor. MOderate sweet. Short finish. Watery and syruply finish.

Bottle. Clear bright red color with a thin white head. Aroma of fruit juice. Tastes like a fruit soda with a mild yeasty finish. I wouldn’t recognize this as a beer quite easily. Refreshing though.

Interesting pomegranate soda with a beer-ish head and faintly beer-ish, yeasty aftertaste. Heavily astringent, almost oily. I love sweet, low-quality fruit-flavored stuff far, far more than the average RateBeerian, and even I don’t love this. Drinkable for sure, and the pomegranate flavor is interesting and welcome, but I wouldn’t seek this out

Clear red with a minimal head. Sweet aroma. Taste very sweet with artificial fruity flavours. Can’t find any beer-like flavours. Despite the sweetness, the mouthfeel is watery. That’s more like a fruit soda, not beer.

330ml bottle. Very nice toxic red color with even better chemical taste. Sweet like sin. Healing potion to cure your hangover. As a beer? Not worth mentioning.

0.33L bottle. Sweet cranberry aroma. Refreshing dirst killer. My favorite of chemical beers. Forest berries, some cherry syrup taste. Overcooked sugar flavor on finish.

33cl bottles. This is much worse than Baltika experiments - this is water with a taste of beer and pomegranate. Just a huge minus all around. Good that this monstrosity is gone, or is it?
