Aroma -the malt has a hay/cearal type of thing going on. Even a little corny. Appearance - this is beer is an unfiltered yellow, with a nice little head that dies down quickly to a small little sliver of white. Off putting. Taste - taste is slightly sweet and hay like malt,. No bitterness to speak of. Palate - body is really light. It’s texture is thin. The carbonation soft. Finish very abrupt. Didn’t expect much, so not that disappointed. Not terrible, not good either.

Can. Light yellow, clear. Medium white head. Aroma has grain and corn. Taste has sour bread, corn, grain, some citrus. Watery bofy, faint aftertaste. A very basic macro lager, on the light side.

50 cl from local market. Rusty, metallic and awful in every way. Even looks bad with large foam. Watery and pungent flavor.

A good looking lager. Nice clear golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Typical caramel malty, and a mild hoppy aroma. Medium body. Moderate sweet and a mild bitterness. Average carbonation. Mild fine caramel malty and mild hoppy flavor. Quite fresh actually. Some fruity notes. Decent pale lager.
[Had this on several occasions. Both from a bottle and on tap in Tallin]

0.33 can. Not surprisingly it pours a pale golden color, more interestingly there is a quite big and lasting for a while head which even leaves some lacing. Typical pale lager aroma: corn and cereals, delicate hints of malts and hops, some grassy and piney scents. Taste is quite malty, a lot of grains and corn, easily distinguishable cereals too. Average or even below-average carbonation, light body and unexpectedly a creamy texture. Finish is rather short and mild, nothing to describe. Overall the beer is remarkably good for the style, deserves some recognition.

Pale Yellow, Huge Head, Decent Lacing. Corn, Slightly Sweet with Sour Finish. Watery. Standard Euro Pale, that is drinkable, thirst quencher, but nothing else. Pass It....

(bottle - 500 ml) Light straw gold color with a very thin white head. Lightly sweet aroma with some grassy notes underneath. Sweet malts and dry hops at the start that quickly goes to a dry and bitter middle and a lightly bitter and lingering finish.

Poured from 50cl can; bright medium golden, very clear body, under the normal head which vanishes without traces I can see. Scents of sulphuric eggs. Tastes well balanced bitterness, hops, grain, some pale malts. Much carbonation at start, much more moderate after some minutes. Intermediate taste where bread dominates. Watery, a bit, but not annoying. Aftertaste of faint hops. Saku Originaal goes wery well along with spicy dinners.
