3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
6.9% bottle from the supermarket in Tallinn for about a euro. A nice dark brown-black pour with a tan head. A slightly grainy sweet caramel aroma. The taste is alright, decent body, a bit bitter, mild chocolate with some roastiness. I preferred A. Le Co, Koff, etc...

Another dark, dark red Baltic Porter. Foamy tan head that lasts a while.
Aroma is strong toasted grain/bread with some cola notes, some molasses.
Taste is sweet, with a late toasty hint of bitterness.
Medium body, lively carbonation, slightly dry finish.
Pretty good brew.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured from a pint-sized bottle into a trumpet glass to drink. The beer had a full, wet/watery black body with a big foamy-creamy dark tan head that had good retention, and great lacing and cling. Its aroma had a floral and dark fruit bend, with some notes of chocolate, licorice, and raisin, and light touches of molasses and candy, and some earthy hops. It had a deep fruity sweetness with some lighter chocolate and caramel, and a sour grainy and earthy component, with touches of licorice and molasses. Its body was wet and watery with a lighter and thinner mouthfeel, and lower carbonation and fizz.

Cola black beer with a big mocha head. Aroma of ripe sweet dark fruits. Flavors of dark ripe fruits and red berries. Lovely sweetness typical to a baltic porter. Liquorice and mämmi. Medium body. I love sweet baltic porters and this is a good one.

Bottle 0,50L. Dark brown mahagony colour with small, light brown creamy head that sits down quickly, but doesn’t dissapear. Light malty aroma of caramel, chocolate and roasted malt. Light sweet, cacao taste with moderate bitter aftertaste with mild mouthfeel. Medium to full body, oily texture and light carbonation. Nicely balanced and lighter than Saku Puhade Porter. Very mild and drinkable.

50cl botte at my hotel room in Narva. Pours clear mahogany with a beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, dark fruits and a hint of caramel and alcohol. Well balanced and surprisingly easy to drink. Sweet and a bit chocolaty with a very mild bitterness. Deserty and warming.
