3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Black, brown intense head. Aroma is malty, as expected. Liquorice in flavor, decent hops, bitter finish. Feels much lighter than it seems. Not nearly as good as Koff Porter, but a solid brew.

I have a soft spot for Baltic Porters, and while this isnít really a sophisticated beer, itís got a good nose and flavour that reminds me of bread pudding. Not bad.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle 500ml from Tallinn. Pours a dark brown reddish color with medium tan head that leaves some lacing. Medium carbonation, full body. Aroma of dark fruits, caramel and roasted malt. Flavor is strong roasted malt, some chocolate and caramel and a little hops. Somewhat sweet too. Tastes better if itís warmer.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
tastes like a porter - looks like a brown ale. little maltiness - but tastes like it was brewed with some sugar. little bit of hoppiness. flavors of chocolate and coffee. not bad - nothing spectacular.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Fruity porter with agreat head, nice body & a rich palate. Usually folks buy it, store it for a year or more then drink it. it is a "winetr" brew found usually after mid-November.

2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle at Market Cross Pub, Carlisle, PA. Not my type of beer. Working on my Passport. Pours dark brown with a medium tan head. No particular aroma. Smooth. Sweet. Not refreshing, but not offensive.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
500ml Bottle. Dark colour with some depp-dark amber tinge. The head is medium but very nice a little bit same as a englis/american porter. The tast is like a bockbier. It is a typical Baltic Porter. In the flavour chocolate, red-fruits and roasted malt. In the tast some chocolate, roasted malt, and sweetness of malt. The full mouth is simplya and you donít taste the additional corn as the east-european bockbiers.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
This is tough to place. Itís not REALLY a porter. It seems like someone took Newcastle and mixed it half and half with a porter. Alcohol aftertaste, medium aroma, and definitely very light (for a porter). Decent drinking, but not spectacular.
