This is much better than what I expected from a pale lager and well worth the $1.99 price. 50cl bottle from my grocery store pours an almost clear golden color with large persistent white head.. Smells bready/grainy. Aroma is a bit grassy but lacks the fermented corn and apples I find in most pale lagers. If I were blindfolded, I would have mistaken this for a German Weissbier. Body is light but not watery. Carbonation is average or less. Most importantly, this is very drinkable with no foul aftertaste. Not great, but I’ll definitely try this one again.

The aroma is bread with a hint of grit while the appearance is dirty blonde. The flavor is bread mixed with a mild sweetness, along with a note of yeast. Not much to this, it was decent but unremarkable.

Clear gold with a white head. Corn aroma. taste is sweet syrupy malt with some green apple tartness and light hops.

500 ml bottle, as Saku Rock Alternative Premium, from a potential importer. ABV is 5.3%. Pale golden colour, large and lasting white head. Moderate sweetish aroma, some pilsener malts. The flavour is not too sweet, but very bland, and the hops are very moderate. However, there are no offensive off-flavours, and I can see that this beer may "go home" with its apparent target group, young people who are really not into beer yet. Tolerably refreshing when cold.

A clear yellow colored beer, with a thick foamy white head. The aroma of malts and fruits. The taste of sweet malts, fruits with a little bitter. The aftertaste is sweet with a small bitter. Not a bad lager.
