The Cream of Dublin or Saku Dublin for short is brewed following the finest achievements of Irish master brewers. It is a low-alcohol, mild, dark beer. Exactly this type of beer with a creamy foam and sweet taste is served in pints in every self-respectable pub in Ireland and England.
Saku Dublin gets its Irish accent from light, caramel and roasted malt and aromatic hops. The carbon dioxide level of Dublin is lower than average just as it is with all Irish beers.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with beige head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is sweet, malt, grains, roast. Flavor follows the nose, but also has the metallic notes. Body is thin, carbonation is high. Overall: doesn’t feel like an ale, more like sweet scharwzbier. Without the metallic flavor and forced carobation I could session this. At the moment it’s just drinkable-ish dark lager.

The beer looks very nice. The beer has a very nice dark cherry color. The beer is crystal clear. The beer pours a layer of rough slightly off white foam. The beer smells very sweet. I smell some red forest fruits. There is also a little roast aroma. The smell is a bit watery. There might be some chocolate and/or coffee, but the smell is to mild to be able to distinguish all different aroma’s. The smell is a little watery to. Here is a nice bitter roast taste. There is also some hops present. The taste is a bit sour. There should be a bit more sweetness and bitterness, and a creamy sensation. The name ’The Cream of Dublin’ suggests a very creamy porter or stout with caramel hints (at least, that is what it sounds like to me). This beer is just not all the way there. However, they are on the right way.
