33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber to brown with a tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and breadish. Toasted, caramelish and breadish. Bitter and lingering toasted malty finish. Sweet, almost sugarish, yet mainly breadish/caramelish brew.

UPDATED: NOV 26, 2013 Appearnce: brown color. Head dissapears quickly. Aroma has strong caramel. Taste is also really dominated by caramel. There is some sweetness and nice bitterness behind caramel. Overall: decent beer, but just somewhat out of balance for me.

Clear dark red body, small off-white head. Nose has caramel, herbs and oxidation. Taste is sticky sweet with a nice dry finish. Carbonation is medium and feels quite soft and smooth. The palate is quite rich and sticky, every sip is accompanied by a nice afterwarmth. This is quite decent.

0.5 bottle. Dark brown color with a reddish tinge; a big and brownish, creamy head on top which lasts for a while and leaves a thick, unbroken lacing. Aroma of very ripe red fruits, liquorice and some malts as well. A bitter taste with some sweet, fruity undertones; rather simple but pleasant. Medium body, creamy texture and soft carbonation. Finish is medium long, tastes like the combination of aroma and main flavor but introduces some fruity, sour notes and has a general smoky touch. Overall the beer is not a world class champion but positively surprises considering its commercial character.

Bottle. Mahogany clear. Slightly sweet raisinous malts. Medium full body. Sweet syrupy malts, a bit of roasted coffee, yeasty esters. Pretty nice, flavourful. A bit sterile though. But the best from this brewery, so/by far.

UPDATED: MAR 12, 2014 Schuim snel weg. Geen geur. Zoute zachte smaak. Verrassen. Na bitter. Chocolade Karakter Helaas kan ik niet meer noteren als deze rating. Dit komt doordat ik dit biertje te slecht vond om er meer over te kunnen noteren.

Bottle. First bock of the season, yeah! Pours a clear amber beer with a medium sized, creamy beige head on top. Aroma is ripe red fruits, light caramel and molasses and some light chocolate. Flavour is sweet and full. Big fruits and caramel returned in the flavors. Nicely balanced, medium long finish, watery mouthfeel, decent carbo. Nice start of the season.

Dark Brown, Medium Head, Little Lacing. Aroma is yeast and faint sweet raisins. Toasted, Malt, Caramel. Thinner Than expected. After reading other reviews, thought it gonna be very sweet and I did not get it. Well hidden ABV. OK. Worth at least one try...
