Cask handpull, The Anchor, Brum, 12/12/12. Brilliant brass gold with a slim determined head. Woods, wax, branflake aroma. Really fine, nuanced lager oozing pine sap, butter biscuit, more sap. Not what I was looking for (Oakham Frozen Stiff) but fine beer nonetheless. Good sappy thistle hop.
