Flaske 0,75l fra Vinmonopolet, bestillingsutvalget. Drukket hjemme 7 Jun 13. Strågul. Uklar. Middels høyt kremaktig skum. Litt lacing.Forsiktig krydderaroma. Tilløp til frukt. Smaken vassen. Lite kullsyre. Forsiktig krydret avslutning. Mye bunnfall. Kjedelig.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear, pale golden beer with a finger-thick off-white head. The aroma is fruity only, with pears and peaches, no real flavor of the malts or yeast. It’s mineral and fruity on the palate, with a faint yeasty touch. Medium bodied, with a lightly herbal note in the else fruity finish. There’s also some soft bitterness all the way. An easy drinkable and quite tasteful beer I’d like to have once more. 130508

Bottle, shared with BBGTC. Pours a slightly hazy light golden body, medium white head. Nose is dusty loft space, citrus and hints of bready yeast. Taste is yeasty floral tones, faint citrus and hints of pale malts and bathing salts. Light body, soft to medium carbonation. Boring, but drinkable.

Clear pale yellow with a decent white head. Aroma is cellar and dough. Taste is bland and mellow. Not much of anything really. Some light malts, corn and thats it. Light and watery on the palate.

Gusher, and on the floor it smelled strongly of apple cider. Big white head. Pale yellow body with lots of floaties and a little carbonation. Mealy apple aroma with fruity notes, very faint. Dry-sweet earthy wooden taste with fruity notes. Mild, soft, light mouthfeel, slightly fizzy. Mid-to-light body. Dryish mealy spicy aftertaste with light apple, honey, and wax notes. A touch of astringency. The whole thing is kind of light and fluffy, easy to drink, but with little substance. Odd. (0.75l bottle, wine monopoly, web order. My bottle says 4.5%, wine monopoly web site says 4.9%.)

Bottle at home. Has a light straw-yellow colour with yeast fragments and a white medium head. Aroma of hay, pale malt and some citrus and spices. The flavour is more pronounced with Belgian yeast and is a little dry in the ending. Light and slick mouth feel, and has a light to medium bitterness. A bit careful beer, but is fresh and okay,
