Direct from beer notes: No wonder this fucking thing cost three bucks at the Chedraui in Cozumel, its imported from Fucking Germany. In the quasi refrigerated section. BBD was last 4/19/13....three weeks ago. Hooray, Nose of skunk. Clear and lovely golden thru the clear glass bottle. 9 Plato. Twisty bottle opener in bottom of bottle probably makes up the majority of the cost since the beer (Made in Germany for the Mexican market of all places) is total cornish crap. Bottle reminiscent of Glacier Bay bottles from college. It is from this alone that the overall score is so high. While this was bad and a drain pour, it was head and shoulders above the beer I will send Sloth. Thin soapy head. Boo Hiss.

330 ml bottle. Check out my ’beer philosophy’ - this one had no chance. Too boring, too light, the tastes are non-existing. Waste of time and money, but hey(!), I’ll never do this mistake again:)

Bottle 0,33l. Very pale, white head. Smells of grains and malt.Taste is totallly neutral and unpresent. Thin mouthfeel. No bitter finish. Refreshing, but not a beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

BlackHaddock (2358) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - APR 27, 2012
Nov 2009: Yet another strange lager style beer being imported into the UK, this one is supposed to be Mexican, but is brewed in Germany by Krombacher, incredible when you consider it all really. Anyway, the clear 275cl bottle was poured into a Veltins stemmed tulip glass. Exceedingly pale gold in colour, the white head soon fell away to a thin covering and collar. Grass, wheat and corned beef aromas hit my nose, not a nice combination. Tasteless to be honest, this beer is the base for flavoured, trendy, kids beers (Tequila, white rum, etc). I can see why the want to add some flavours. Weak and watery, no hint of the 4.7%ABV it claims to have within. Why do I buy these things? So I can review them on BA and RB of course, plus one day I might find the perfect beer, not likely to be a lager/pilsner, but my quest goes on.

Pale yellow body and white head. Grainy and hops aroma. Watery, little bitter and nothing else in the flavor. It’s like water, Bad beer.
