On tap @de hetebrij Zwolle. Brown, with a thich off white head. Hints of caramel and mocca. Slight bitter taste with a good finish. Reasonable to full body. Nice bock.

The head is robust, the body brown. It smells sweet, chocolate, barley. The taste is malty, a little bit creamy- bitter, malty and a bit bitter. There is also a fine alcoholic tone in combination with the creamy taste. 12/10/10/10/-/10

On tap at PINT BBF’12. Amber-brown colour, off-white head. Aroma of sweet malts, caramel, light metallic. Flavour is medium sweet, malty, light fruity, light metallic bitter. OK, but not a great bock.

Clear medium to dark amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, brown sugar. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, malt, brown sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120317]

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Chestnut colour with a small white head. Aroma of caramel, brown sugar and a hint of dried fruit. Sweet caramel flavour with dried fruit and a decent hoppy finish

ruby amber with bubbles on top. Sweet nose and flavor. Caramel, fruit, syrup, bread and berries. Sewer water. A bit of prickly alcohol.

This beer tastes like a Werther’s Original. Caramel and butter throughout. Difficult to see all the way to the finish. Choked this down at the Pint’s Bokbierfest, 2011
