Blond beer, firm white head. Fresh, malty aroma, grass, European hops. Malty, light sweet flavour, some bitter hops. Light cloying, somewhat sweet finish.
Nice and well made beer.

UPDATED: DEC 25, 2012 First beer from the own kettles, says the label on the 750 ml bottle. Blonde. Firm foamy head. Soft soapy citrus aroma. No trace of the promised Amarillo hops. Just a citric, grassy, soapy slightly perfumed flavor. Earthy soapy aftertaste.

DBF Goes 20110320 (Draught): A clear yellow beer with a good white head. The aroma is some malt and hopbitter. There is also a buttery smell (dfiacetyl). The taste is malty (grass-like) with a some bitterness in the aftertaste. Also citrus-like notes. The beer is slightly sticky and dry-hopness.
